What does “for research use only” mean?
Every product we supply is a laboratory reagent intended solely for in-vitro research and analytical work. Our products are not medicines and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption or clinical application.
Do you provide dosing, protocols or usage guidance?
No. We supply materials with basic specifications only — compound, form, mass and storage. We do not provide dosing, protocols or administration guidance of any kind.
Who can order?
Orders are intended for researchers and research organisations. By placing an order you confirm the material is for lawful research use only and that you are of legal age.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
From UK stock, with next-day dispatch on orders placed before the daily cut-off. Packaging is plain, unbranded and discreet.
How should the material be stored?
Refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from direct light, until required for research use.
How does payment work?
Securely at checkout. An order is only confirmed once payment has completed successfully.
What is your returns policy?
As these are research reagents, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging — please contact us first. Anything damaged or incorrect on arrival will of course be put right.
